3. Quotes & Orders
- Quotes are valid for a limited time as specified.
- Orders are confirmed only upon written acceptance and receipt of required files and purchase details.
- Nylon3DPrint reserves the right to decline projects that are unsafe, unlawful, or technically unsuitable.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate project information, CAD files, and specifications.
- Ensure that submitted content does not infringe intellectual property rights or violate applicable laws.
- Review and approve designs, tolerances, materials (PA12/PA11 and any CF/GF/ESD variants), and finish options before production.
5. Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of your designs, CAD files, and related intellectual property.
- By submitting project files, you grant Nylon3DPrint a limited license to use the data solely for quoting, manufacturing, and delivering services.
- All content on this website, including text, images, and trademarks, is the property of Nylon3DPrint and may not be used without permission.
6. Payment & Pricing
- Pricing is provided in quotes and invoices.
- Payment terms are specified in the order confirmation.
- Late payments may incur fees or result in suspension of services.
7. Warranty & Limitations
- Nylon3DPrint provides parts according to agreed specifications, subject to standard tolerances and SLS/MJF process capabilities.
- No warranty is given for fitness for a particular purpose unless explicitly stated in writing.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or production downtime.
8. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of your designs and project data. All files and communications are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. NDAs may be signed upon request.
9. Compliance & Export
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with applicable export control, trade, and regulatory requirements.
10. Termination
Nylon3DPrint may suspend or terminate access to services if you breach these Terms or misuse the website.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Kunshan City, Jiangsu Province.
